Affiliate Program Terms & Operations
By signing up or logging into the Affiliate Portal, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined below.
SureCart Affiliate Engine & Link Tracking
Our affiliate network is powered natively by SureCart Affiliate Engine. Upon registration, affiliates receive unique referral links, access to custom tracking dashboards, and real-time conversion monitoring.
- Automated Cookie Attribution: SureCart tracks visitor referrals through browser cookies. When a referred user purchases a subscription via your unique referral link within the active cookie window, the conversion is automatically logged to your account.
- Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a standard 10% commission on valid, successfully closed subscription contracts and initial service purchases.
- Real-time Dashboard: Affiliates can track clicks, pending conversions, approved commissions, and payout history by logging into the Affiliate Portal.
Payout Threshold (₹1,000)
Affiliate payouts are subject to a minimum withdrawal threshold of ₹1,000 (INR) in cleared commissions.
Commissions remain in a pending state until the end of the customer refund window, after which mature balances exceeding ₹1,000 are eligible for processing via official payout methods.
Strict Ban on Self-Referrals
Purchasing web services or subscriptions through your own affiliate link (self-referral) is strictly prohibited.
SureCart automatically flags matched IP addresses, billing emails, and payment details. Self-referrals lead to immediate commission forfeiture and permanent ban.
Approved Marketing Standards
Affiliates must market DScholar Web professionally without engaging in spam email campaigns, false discount claims, or misleading promotional claims.
Bidding on company trademarks or brand keywords (e.g., “DScholar Web”, “DScholar Press”) in paid search engine advertising is strictly forbidden.
Refunds, Cancellations & Reversals
Commissions are earned only on final, non-refundable customer payments processed via PayPal or Razorpay.
If a referred customer cancels their plan, requests a refund, or initiates a chargeback, the corresponding affiliate commission is automatically reversed.
Independent Partner Relationship
Participation in the affiliate program creates an independent contractor relationship.
Affiliates have no authority to enter into agreements, make binding commitments, or represent themselves as employees, agents, or legal representatives of the company.
Limitation of Liability
DScholar Research Consultancy and Analytics (OPC) Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from program participation, link downtime, or tracking delays.
Corporate Intellectual Property & Legal Protection
All marketing assets, logos, trademarks, code snippets, and platform materials provided via the Affiliate Portal remain the exclusive intellectual property of DScholar Research Consultancy and Analytics (OPC) Private Limited.
Termination Rights: The company reserves the absolute right to modify commission rates, adjust payout terms, suspend tracking, or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion for fraud, system abuse, or brand violation without prior liability.
